Because the hotel doesn't sell non-CL suite doesn't mean every guest in a suite gets granted CL access. If this is important for you, check with the property beforehand, and ask about options. They'll let you know if there is an upcharge. I would consider it a nice gesture if they give you free CL, but wouldn't consider bad customer service if they don't.
