Phoned them Saturday..took 25 minutes to get through. They didn't know anything about Club Rewards points and had never heard of Priority Club to whom I wanted to transfer my points.

Phoned again today and again, the same problems. I had to effectively tell DC all about the scheme that they run!!

I have absolutely no confidence that this request will get done.
