Arrived at Resorts World at 2pm. Early check in was not available, but offered to text me when the room was available before 4pm. Upgraded us several tiers to the Entertainment Suite (no tricks or anything - just asked at check in). They also let us know that valet parking was complimentary - however I am unsure if this is available to all Crockfords guests, or if it was due to being upgraded. Quick note - as of late May, self parking at Resorts World is no longer free if you sign up for Genting Rewards Base Tier. You have to be a level higher to get free parking now. We parked at the lot when checking in, but were told by Concierge that if we leave the lot within an hour of entering, we would not be charged. Received a text at 2:50pm that our room was ready, and checked in around 4:30pm.

Stay was fantastic. Definitely a result of being less busy (whether that is Resorts World specific, or a slow weekend in Vegas, who knows), but the service and amenities offered are a clear tier above Wynn, where we stayed a few months earlier. Crockfords really excels by having their own amenities reserved for a small amount of guests (never had to wait in line for an elevator, valet parking, check in/out, etc. Also got to use their pool and beds when the others at the main pool area were all taken)
