Thanks for making this thread and spreadsheet, OP. The problem with these benefits is that since they aren't published, they can be ended at any time so it's really useful to know what's out there currently and have it all in one place.
Courtyard King Kamehameha (Big Island, Hawaii) waived resort and parking fees for Titanium and up.
JW Marriott Bangkok allows Titaniums and up to get breakfast in the restaurant, not just in the club lounge like Platinums

May I suggest adding a column for updates, so that visitors can note any changes in the benefits?
