I've had a lovely lunch at Wente Vineyards in Livermore. I do recommend it.

Even Livermore to SFO, keep in mind that bay area traffic is congested and can take much longer than you think.
I don't mind driving, but I don't want to miss our flight. Do you think it could realistically take over two hours from Sonoma to SFO? I will have a toll transponder; Google Maps shows it taking a maximum of 1h50 on a random Monday to arrive by 4:30pm (and this is the figure I had been using in my plan). It has been years since I've driven in the Bay Area, though last year I took the SamTrans 292 bus from downtown San Francisco to SFO and it took an hour and change; I am certain if I were driving it would be quicker.

tl;dr if I leave Sonoma by 2:30 how likely am I to get to SFO by 4:30?
