Question - friend of mine was supposed to fly GVA/MUC/SOF few weeks ago, but incoming MUC/GVA operated by EN returned to the gate and his GVA/MUC was cancelled. He was rebooked, arrived late and so on. he submitted claim to EN, no answer. He sent follow up email, but still nothing. What would be the best course of action now?
