Missing Avios from BA Online Shopping Portal
Hello all,
I have been using the shopping portal recently and whilst a few transactions go through and I receive the avios all ok, but there are quite a few transactions that have not appeared.
I have tried to go through claiming missing avios process, but the retailer isn't showing up. On my list history the retailer is there, but the date is saying invalid.
Anybody else having this issue and have been able to claim missing avios back?
