I've had several claims now where BA have denied a clam and refused to listen to reason. I even quoted the Captains words but they would not budge. CEDR found in my favour and BA paid up. Unfortunately, to me, it feels like the team who deal with these claims are very black and white and won't listen to rhyme nor reason, to the point of being bullish in attitude.
