For data points, this is my 3rd year with the card and my annual fee posted 5/23. I got a retention offer of 10k points the 1st year, but I forgot to call for the 2nd so got nothing that year. I only use this card for 3x spend, and my spend is probably 5-10k/year, depending on if I have to shift spending to other cards to meet sign-up bonuses.
