Called to see if there were any retention offers and was only offered to product change to card with no AF or a promotional APR of 16.99%. I mentioned as a reason for cancelling was the recent issue with the mobile wallets not tracking the 3x, hoping that if no retention offer they would at least offer me some points for this issue but no go. For data points, this is my 3rd year with the card and my annual fee posted 5/23. I got a retention offer of 10k points the 1st year, but I forgot to call for the 2nd so got nothing that year. I only use this card for 3x spend, and my spend is probably 5-10k/year, depending on if I have to shift spending to other cards to meet sign-up bonuses.
