Interesting project/spreadsheet, but I'm going to go full-on pedant and say RC Pacific Place (Jakarta) granting club lounge access to all in-house guests doesn't represent deviation from brand standard, which is to prioritize paying customers over elite members. As per RC protocol, there is no lounge access granted for Marriott Bonvoy status. The hotel's default rate is a club-inclusive rate, so you are automatically granted access by virtue of booking/paying for a room, as there is no non-club rate offered. This is reflected in rates that are significantly higher than any other Marriott luxury hotel in town: compare, say, to StR, Westin's weekend rates or RC Mega.
