Do you think it is possible to get thru customs/immigration in 1.5 hours in Chicago in July summer travel season?
If you arrive on a delayed flight and boarding is ongoing in a different terminal, they will handle the reticketing and rechecking of luggage at the international arrivals baggage reclaim.Otherwise, you might end up with a no longer valid connecting BP

in ORD, you arrive in Term 5 and get streeted outside security after clearing customs and immigration. You then sky train over to term 1 or 2. Assuming you have Global Entry and baggage is not overly slow, you should be fine. not leisurely stop in United Club fine, but fine.
