Do you think it is possible to get thru customs/immigration in 1.5 hours in Chicago in July summer travel season?
If you are a US/Canada passport holder, you can use "Mobile Passport Control" App to speed up the immigration procedure. 1.5 hr is doable. If you misconnect and have to take the later flight, you will qualify for EC 261 compensation.
