You'll have to submit a missing stay request after a couple weeks from the stay, upload your folio, and in the text area explain that you did not receive proper points credit for the stay.
I'd also recommend explicitly stating that you should've received xxxx base points (which looks likes 2641 base points from your 264.05 total spend) plus elite bonus.

Its really annoying since I see this happen frequently when you have incidental spend at a property that they don't properly credit things and you have to chase after it.
