Globalist treatment seems to have watered down a bit here over the past year.
Ive been staying here off an on the past few weeks. While overall a solid choice in the area the property no longer proactively upgrades Globalist until you are face to face with them at check-in. Calling and doing mobile check-in wont help. Tried this more than once. Even so upon arrivak face to face, they will default to an upgrade to the smaller studio suite.
If it wasnt for the double nights promo and the horrid breakfast at the Grand Hyatt, I'd stay there (at least until IHG opens their two properties in October, both a Kimpton and an IC).
While the Breakfast here is better than the Grand, its nothing rave about.
Location is a bit quiter as its away from the main thoroughfare.
