Comments: Third time staying here on the all inclusive rate for five nights in low season and third time upgraded to the Ocean Suite. Originally booked a twin because it was the cheapest room and messaged them to say we would be happy with a king if it helped with their room allocation. There’s so much to love about this resort from its proximity to Patong - yet on its own beach - to the friendliness of the staff. The all inclusive rate is executed fairly (eat and drink what you like when you like from wherever you like) and there’s a new chef who has elevated the dining since our last visit. Elite treatment is good for a resort and you wear a black wristband to identify yourself to staff. Our second favourite Bonvoy hotel in Thailand.
