Thank you, all. The museum is open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and is 19 minutes away from the airport. Therefore, we should have plenty of time in the lounge before boarding.

However, I am confused about tweaking an existing award ticket. I thought the new rules were as follows:

If a better segment becomes available, you have to reticket the entire itinerary, and you are responsible for the current "cost" of the miles. Generally, the fares go up. I believe you can no longer make an exchange of one segment, at no additional cost.

Am I right or wrong? Thank you.
