Personal device entertainment on aircraft with screens
I’m on a mainline AC 737-8 now. I’m finding that I can’t access the entertainment over wifi on my phone/tablet. Is that really the case or am I missing something?

There are seatback screens, but I only have Bluetooth headphones with me. On every other airline I’ve flown in recent years, including WestJet and AC Rouge on the way out, I could access entertainment on my phone e whether or not there are seatback screens. Guess I haven’t flown Air Canada mainline in years.
