Extra delay to reconnect the bridge and offload passenger and do security checks, but I'm just wondering how does this happen when you have to scan your boarding pass to get through and they are checking id? Would they have noticed otherwise?
We've got a 2hr delay now so thought I'd take the opportunity to ask.
can sometimes occur if 2 pax have the same name. Beeps everywhere but the name on the boarding pass matches so systems get overridden until 2 people try to sit in the same seat, or the headcount does not match paperwork.
