I really appreciate you talking to your agent. I did receive the offer via email because I am Accor Plus Gold - and I was planning to make the 3 bookings while gold (before June 23rd to get the offer - otherwise I won't make the bookings); but I will be platinum by the time I actually complete the 3 bookings. I just hope I can get more info from customer support before June 23rd.
