LAX - JFK - HEL - TOS
At LAX ypu van use the AA Flagship Lounge in T4 or the QF F lounge in TBIT.
At JFK you can use the Soho Lounge (or Greenwich).
At HEL you can use any of the AY business lounges as well as the AY Platinum Wing which is an Emerald only lounge.
If you want to use the Platinum Wing then go after landing from JFK before clearing into the Schengen zone (it's located in the non-Schengen departures area where you will arrive).
