Delayed Luggage Claim Iberia
I flew AA /IB2 from Miam to Tel Aviv. My delayed baggage was delivered over 5 days later. We submitted reasonable claims for about $800-1000 and received an analysis of about $380, We sent a email to them addressing this, only to receive at later rejection from the full claim stating the retail store receipts did not have federal tax numbers on them I tried contacting them again but they are not responding
Honestly I have so issue suing in small claims court if this can not be resolved.
Any thoughts? Is there a system within teh EU?
