Flagship Lounge Access In Miami + long layover

I have a reservation on hold for next April, on a Sunday. We are a party of two, and my husband is a Lifetime Platinum. Here is our itinerary:

AA flight: TPA to MIA, 8:40 AM arrival

Royal Air Morac flight: MIA to CMN, 9:45 PM departure

I originally had a much better itinerary with us arriving in Miami in the late afternoon, However, I had to change the departure date and time, in order to find a decent return award, so now we are stuck with a long layover in MIA.

My questions:

1. Given that we are taking Royal Air Morac across the water, do we have AA Flagship Lounge access?

2. I am thinking that we could possible visit the Vizcaya Museum for the afternoon. Is it feasible to leave the airport and come back, in terms of security and other concerns? If so, could we get lounge access in the morning for breakfast, and come back for dinner before the flight?

We both have TSA Precheck and Global Entry, if that helps.

Thank you!
