I flew this flight today, I can confirm, lie flat seats up front and IFE. Overhead panels haven't been refit at all, so bins are smaller. Air Canada service from Omni crew, but Air Canada is staffing the flight as well to do announcements in French. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures as I was sat next to one of the Air Canada crew and didn't want to get in trouble, but I'm happy to answer any questions (at least about Business class).
