Phew thanks for the timely feedback. Was about to pull the trigger on the 4 bedder, a fair bit more than 3,000+ a night, you might have saved me. I thought this was supposed to be the "best hotel in Europe" (and maybe it was?) but I guess a lot can change in a few years.
To be fair, I did hear that the villa experience is better. Though I don't know how they can fix the food unless the dedicated chef is trained somewhere different.
This is definitely not the best hotel in Europe...not even in Greece! I had a way better time in Santorini at Canaves Epitome to be honest and the service & food there blew Amanzoe away.
