For No1 you can’t pay the £6 on the day. If it’s full then you join a waiting list but you can’t just bypass it if you haven’t pre-booked already. Although Clubrooms might possibly be an option, but would cost more.
In any case I agree the Plaza Premium is nicer and my preferred choice anyway (albeit no free Prosecco) and I haven’t yet been turned away from there, although it can definitely get very busy.
