What was the approximate room rate? I'm seeing rural Hampton Inns pushing the $180/night mark nowadays which is laughable.

Does Spark come with 100% points earning, or 50% like Tru and Home2?

What other differentiators are there between Spark and Hampton? Price only? Breakfast looks like a step below Hampton, which is a pretty low bar to start with.
