For a moment I though the latest chatter may be due to possibly [getting ready to] renam[e|ing] Global Services to Executive Circle -- possibly if nothing else to avoid the confusion that seems so common between "Global Entry" and "Global Services" -- however -- in a quick USPTO search I can find a live trademark registration for "Chairman's Circle" (https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=7...e=statusSearch) but nothing for Executive Circle... so if it is a pending change UA hasn't registered it, the pending registration hasn't been released publicly yet, or my USPTO TESS-fu is off.
