My experience left my confidence in CY shattered. I have experienced fantastic reward stays at CY properties in Asia. NYC seemed to me to be an outlier.
As a result, I have lots of contacts for this property if any FT member wants to PM me. Not sure why you would ? I cannot recommend this property.
Thank you for your review. I would say that to expect a North American CY to be anywhere like one in Asia is unrealistic. This isn’t an outlier, but pretty basic standards for a courtyard in NA, while I will say the basics of water, $10 breakfast, are usually provided. Definitely no Robes, daily papers or upgraded amenities.
