that's what they advised on the phone. I have called three times, they chased the back office three times, still no result.
The robotic, which automatically approved the space release, went down around 3 weeks ago, so all joker bookings have had to be manually queued since then. The review process has been a bit random, some done in hours some never approved after 3 days resulting in the booking cancelling off the flights.
