Okay, so I log into the AY Visa app and there is this red diagonal line over my card and the text "suljetty pysyvästi", ie permanently closed. What the...?

Of course it is Saturday and their phone numberos only work on weekdays, and who knows how long I will have to wait on the phone to talk to them...

Has anyone else had the same? What could be the reason?
