I prefer CLT to DFW and its 'endless concentric circles so you have no idea how far away your gate is or how long you've been walking'. I swear I walked for 30m once and moved 3 gates. At least CLT has partially working people movers.

And that's one thing all the airports with these people movers need to do--buy 3 instead of 2. Because then when one of them is broken, you can use your 'spare' in either direction while the other one is being repaired. Some of the airports time between gates is not practical without these movers and I'm seeing more and more of these disassembled and out of service than ever before.
