The halibut I had in May was extremely good. It is probably the most tender piece of fish I've had on a plane. Arguably better handled than some seafood restaurants in Sai Kung.
I had the lamb in Feb and it was phenomenal as well. Tender, juicy, flavourful and no gamey taste - best lamb dish I've ever had on ground or in the air!
