As the message from CX mentioned Duddell's as well, I guess 3. & 4. are dishes from Duddell's.

Yes, No.6 was part of the "all-day menu" back in December.
The halibut I had in May was extremely good. It is probably the most tender piece of fish I've had on a plane. Arguably better handled than some seafood restaurants in Sai Kung.
