AF has a lounges in GVA, FRA and MUC. Besides that there may be some odd lounge by a non-European carrier but probably not many of them. Even at LHR, where *A has 4 lounges, SkyTeam doesn't have any, apart from VS which is not treated as a SkyTeam lounge because consistency (and it's in a wrong terminal anyway)...
It'll be interesting to see what happens with SK and LHR terminal. But would be quite a hit for SK not to have a lounge in Heathrow. Considering they used to have a quite decent one with Air Canuck.
