You can certainly use the business class check-in counters designated for Star Alliance Gold members at BKK. Others may need to comment on whether you can use Thai fast track security, but I don’t think so.
To be clear, the biz counters at row A are only for biz (and first) pax.
As I mentioned, there are dedicated Star Gold check-in counters, in a different location to the THAI biz/first check-in area. They are in Row H. Read the attached link :-)
