I've been cheering for that all along. Allowing Lufthansa to swallow even more competition in the central European region would be a massive failure on the regulator's part. Sadly, the latest news don't seem too optimistic.

AF has a lounges in GVA, FRA and MUC. Besides that there may be some odd lounge by a non-European carrier but probably not many of them. Even at LHR, where *A has 4 lounges, SkyTeam doesn't have any, apart from VS which is not treated as a SkyTeam lounge because consistency (and it's in a wrong terminal anyway)...
