JAL First Class with Baby

Hi everyone,

I'm considering flying JAL First next year as a family of 3 (2 adults and a baby) during the northern hemisphere summer with points and I'm hoping that I'd be able to have those questions clarified.

1)I'm looking at flying JL 52 then onto JL 531. There seem to be availability as separate award tickets but I am not able to book them as one. The search engine on QF's website says that it is available but it coms up as an error when I try to finalise it. Not sure if anyone is able to shed any light on this. Booking it as International First then domestic business seems to be fine as one itinerary. I am using QF points if this helps.

2)I'm also flying with a baby (will be about 15-16 months old by then). Are there bassinets available in First Class? I've seen them on Business but I'm not sure about First.

Any input would be much appreciated.
