there are 8 dishes:
1. Mushroom cube, cordyceps flower, bamboo pith, fried tofu pockets with Chinese vegetarian sauce and grains rice;
2. Vegetable biryani with tandoori paneer, dal makhani, pickle and naan bread;
3. baked stuffed crab shell with egg white fried rice and dried scallops;
4. braised pomelo skin with abalone and mushroom, served with jasmine rice;
5. prawns with conpoy and scallop wontons in rice noodle soup
6. wok fried seafood in lobster broth, served with crispy and steamed rice, spring onions and ginger;
7. steamed halibut with chorizo sauce, basque piperade and fresh herbs; and
8. lamb shoulder confit with spiced jus, served with bulgur pilaf with dried fruits and fresh herbs
1-5. seems to be new dishes, at least I reckon I haven't seen them before.
7. & 8. are Louise's dishes, halibut served in May and lamb served in Feb. #6 was one of the whole day "noodle" options in their regular menu in rotation. Seems those 3 dishes were particularly well received by pax so CX selected them as "signature" to be offered throughout the year.
As the message from CX mentioned Duddell's as well, I guess 3. & 4. are dishes from Duddell's.
