I've taken advantage of IcelandAir's regular sales in Saga Premium each year to fly from the US to Scandanavia, usually around $1000-$1200 r/t. I received an email yesterday that the sale had started again, running through 6/24 for bookings 9/1 through 4/15/25. The round-trip Saga Premium pricing starts at $999 for some cities, up to $1499.

The problem is, I can't find anything in that price range for any dates, from any city. I've tried running every city combination through the ITA Matrix, for Helsinki, Stockholm, and Oslo, but nothing is showing up for less than $2200 (and mostly $3000 or so).

Am I missing something obvious? I apologize, I'm not a frequent traveler, but I've used this sale three times now and never had a problem finding the advertised fares.
