For clarification… I did not agree to the 80000 points. I said it’s the best they agreed to do. They asked me to give agreement and release liability via email, but I have not done it yet.
It's hard to say what you should be asking for then. Is it possible for you to talk to an attorney in India to see what your options are? Probably not that many people here know much about liability laws in India and you clearly find 80k points unsatisfactory given your injuries (as would I), but if they're not doing this out of legal obligation you may just have to take what they offer.
