It’s got a bigger impact on my life than for someone who does not regularly exercise. Regardless of the walk, I normally exercise daily and this injury (caused by the hotel) has a major impact on my routine. I am not saying it entitles me to more compensation, but there’s a context to consider in assessing the situation.
