We'll have around a 3-4 hour window to do this, and then we will drive to SFO to fly out that evening. I honestly don't even know how to begin looking for this besides going on Google Maps, and I'd certainly appreciate any suggestions and recommendations.

I highly recommend Reeve Wines in Healdsburg. Although the food menu is not on their website and I did not take a photo of it, they have a wood burning pizza oven and they serve seasonal pizzas. I don't remember if there was anything else on the menu. There is a charge for the wine tasting and reservations are a must.
