My brother is getting married this year and I have been charged with planning the bachelor party. Five of us will be rafting in eastern California in August; on the final day, a Monday, we're starting in Tracy and we'd like to stop in the Sonoma area at a vineyard for a wine tasting and then lunch. We'll have around a 4-5 hour window to do this, and then we will drive to SFO to fly out that evening at 8pm. I honestly don't even know how to begin looking for this besides going on Google Maps, and I'd certainly appreciate any suggestions and recommendations.
