No pre-select for flights out of IND (IND-SLC or IND-LAX), but hot meal service with two options (quiche or French toast - cold option was not available). Is this a new variation...hot meals offered, yet no preselect, on an aircraft that is not a 321neo (appears to be a 738)? Apart from the 321neo pre-select issue, I thought there were two extremes: full service with pre-select, or sad boxes.
