Hi. First time posting.

We're booked as a family of 4 with a 12hr layover at DOH for next year May 2025. We've booked separately; 2 rewards flights (using Avios) and 2 using cash. We've managed to select the Quad layout for the flight out of Doha. The bookings have different class basis; BUSINESS (U) UMILES1 for the Reward flights and BUSINESS (I) for the cash tickets.

I have read posts on here and on different websites that BUSINESS (U) flights have lounge access included (it also said this on the booking). However, I am now weary as when I click on 'Manage booking' for the rewards booking, there's a pay option between USD74-USD124 for lounges Oryx, Silver South, Platinum South and AM South. (There's no pay options for the booking paid in cash).

Just want to find out if any of you guys have trouble accessing for rewards flights under BUSINESS (U) UMILES1.
