No pre-select for flights out of IND (IND-SLC or IND-LAX), but hot meal service with two options (quiche or French toast - cold option was not available). Had the poblano quiche with side of sour cream, croissant with apricot preserves and granola/strawberry mix. The quiche was the tastiest breakfast I have ever had on a plane!
