These benefits, in addition to the blocked middle seat, are the main differentiators between economy and business on most airlines in Europe and SAS currenty doesn't offer them at most airports.
Not entirely the correct description. You get lounge access at out stations where there is a Star Alliance facility. So London, Frankfurt, Munich, Malpensa, and quite a few more, you will get lounge access. If there is no Star Alliance lounge, e.g. Barcelona, you do not get lounge access. Same for fast track, Star Alliance Gold Track is fine.
