Row 12 wasn't actually in the J cabin, they just left out C because it helped the aisle transition from offset to centreline, and they were going to have a missing seat somewhere, so that was the most logical place.

When they re-certified the CRAs to CR9s (starting in 2016, I think - there's a thread on it somewhere on here), they had the ability to go up to 76 seats, and they re-configured to 12J 64Y, all Y rows with 4 seats.
oh yes! I remember that, it was a nifty little seat. I think I had the seat a couple of times in my few 705s. They were elusive for me, always got swapped out or routing changed so it was a rare flight for me.
