No, it doesn't, those benefits are only provided at SAS and *A hubs. You don't get lounge access at outstations and I believe the same applies to priority security. These benefits, in addition to the blocked middle seat, are the main differentiators between economy and business on most airlines in Europe and SAS currenty doesn't offer them at most airports.
